Website hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. When you open it, technical data such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and referrer may be processed in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as needed for security and operations, subject to the hosting provider’s configured retention periods. Vercel acts as a service provider and may process data outside the EEA using an applicable adequacy decision or other safeguards recognised under the GDPR.

When you contact me

If you email me, I process the information you send so I can reply and handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message relates to a possible or existing contract, and otherwise my legitimate interest in communicating with you under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

My email service provider processes messages for delivery and storage. I keep correspondence only for as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting business relationship. Statutory retention duties may require some records to be kept longer.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Is your data required?

You do not have to provide personal data to browse the site beyond the technical data needed to deliver it. If you contact me, I need enough information to respond. I do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
